Email masanori.iwata@orumio.com. We reply within one business day.

Before you write

  • —Check Needs attention. If RSG has stopped for a reason it can name, it is there, along with what it stopped doing.
  • —Check Activity. Every change RSG made is listed with the reason and what Kit said afterwards.
  • —If a customer says they are still getting reminders, look them up by email on the Protection page. That shows what RSG believes about them and why.

What to include

  • —The reference code from any error message.
  • —The email address of the affected subscriber, if it is about one person.
  • —What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Reporting something urgent

If you believe RSG has changed the wrong person's state, pause it from the Protection page first — that stops every new change immediately without undoing anything — then email us. We treat a wrong-person change as the most serious class of failure this product can have, and investigating one takes priority over everything else.
